One of a kind cake... A Diaper Cake!

One of my besties just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy recently and few of us were invited to baby K's fullmoon party. At first we could not agree on what to get for him as a fullmoon gift and some suggested to just give an angpao, which I thought does not give much surprise. After some thought, I came out with this idea...


A non-bake Diaper Cake.

Made with 68 piece of S size mamapoko diapers. This is quite a heavy cake, mind you! *laugh*

Full 3 tier, complete with ribbon butterflies, a pair of Ellie booties and a custom made letter "K".

Assembling the "cake" was quite fun, but quite a lot of sourcing and preparation required. The picture collage tells it all..
